Please be advised that updated plans following a walk-thru should be submitted to the office within five (5) business days. Please do not mail or drop off plans after the cut off, as they will not be accepted. This deadline is set in order to allow ample time for all parties to review updates prior to the Public Hearing.

The Village Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body that considers variance applications for relief from the Village's zoning laws. The Board of Zoning Appeals is charged by New York State statute to weigh the benefit of a proposed variance against any detriments to the community at large, based upon specific criteria as set forth in New York State Law.
